• Designed and developed an IOT digital solution to track the efficiency of manpower and equipment on site, as part of the joint Petrofac/Accenture Industry X.0 team (working in an Agile environment)• Deployed and tested IOT Infrastructure and devices on site as part of the site deployment team• Generated and helped prioritize the required features and functionalities needed from the solution• Lead the site deployment of the solution on the Salalah Project in Oman for 1000 users and 30 equipment• Managed site stakeholder engagement and communications• Individually took over from Accenture team and continued to successfully run the solution for 8 months• Interacted continuously with the development team to ensure the timely delivery of features and functions, while providing the required clarifications from an end user perspective• Solved low adoption issues by creating and monitoring metrics through rich Power BI dashboards that augmented the data generated by the solution• Extracted useful insights to increase manpower and equipment productivity by conducting site data analysis; These weekly interventions pointed site management and relevant stakeholders to areas of improvement• Received great feedback when presenting the solution to the CEO, Board of Directors and Shareholders
